Parent-and-Child Yoga
Enjoy plenty of playful connection with your child through yoga, discovering the joy of moving together and interacting with friends. Let us enjoy the special kind of yoga that is possible at this stage of your child’s life!

「一瞬一瞬を大切に」をモットーに育児奮闘中です♪

YOGAと出会い、自分と向き合う時間を持つことで、娘との生活がより充実したものとなっています。

「YOGAで子育てをHappyに。」

幼稚園教諭や大学での保育者養成、乳幼児への体操水泳指導の経験を活かし、

たくさんのママにYOGAと子育ての素晴らしさを伝えています。

・全米ヨガアライアンス200時間認定TT修了

・RPYT85(産前・産後ティーチャートレーニング)

ORINA
As her child grows so quickly, Orina embraces the motto “cherish every moment” in her parenting journey. Discovering yoga and making time for self-reflection have enriched her life with her daughter. With the message “Make parenting happier through yoga,” she shares the joys of yoga and raising children. Her teaching draws on experience as a kindergarten teacher, training childcare professionals at university, and teaching gymnastics and swimming to young children.
• Completed a Yoga Alliance 200-hour teacher training
• RPYT85 prenatal and postnatal teacher training
