お子様からお年寄りまで、年齢の垣根を超えてみんなが一緒に集い、カラダを動かす時間
中目黒にある『ロコクリニック中目黒』お声がけいただき4月に開催、今月から月一回定例開催します。
ロコクリニック中目黒、とっても素敵なクリニックです。地域の方が安心できるお医者さん。
『赤ちゃんからご年配の方々まで、性別に関わらず、幅広い疾患に対応、相談できる地域のかかりつけ医<ロコクリニック中目黒>。ハワイの言葉でロコは“地元、地元の人＝Local”の意味を表します。』
“しっかりポーズをとってヨガの練習”
と言うよりは、みんなでワイワイカラダを動かす時間です:)

BE YOU BE WELL FESTIVAL — FROM JUNE 1
A collaboration class with lululemon ambassadors Maiko Kurata and Yuya Sarashina!
Organized by lululemonjp, Be You Be Well Festival is an event to help everyone feel happy and well in body and mind. This year it takes place online and in studios!
On June 21 (Tuesday), International Yoga Day, Maiko Kurata joins fellow ambassador Yuya Sarashina (@yuya67) to lead “Connection Tuesday,” a class about connecting. This is a rare collaboration made possible by lululemon :)) Please join us!
Many other wonderful instructors and studios, including lululemon ambassadors, are also taking part. Let's sweat together in June :)

JUNE 19 — LOCO YOGA @locoscan
Loco Clinic Nakameguro is a wonderful, trusted local clinic. YOGA FOR EVERY BODY will hold a monthly class at loco scan!
We have long wanted to offer yoga for the local community: a chance for everyone, from children to older adults, to gather and move together across generations.
At the invitation of Loco Clinic Nakameguro, we held a class in April. Starting this month, it becomes a regular monthly event.
The clinic describes itself as a community family doctor where people of all genders, from babies to older adults, can seek advice and treatment for a broad range of conditions. In Hawaiian, “loco” means local or local people.
This is more about having fun and moving together than carefully perfecting yoga poses :) If you live nearby, please join us.
June 19 (Sunday), 10:30–11:30.
Venue: LOCOSCAN, a five-minute walk from Nakameguro Station.
Fee: ¥1,000; ages 65 and over ¥500. Free mat rental.

Older adults, families with children and complete beginners are very welcome. Chair participation is available for people with difficulty using their legs.
FRIDAY NIGHT YOGA PARTY RETURNS!
We used to gather around 15 people, without mats and packed close together, working up a huge sweat at Friday Night Yoga Party @brighton_studio_daikanyama.
We cannot gather in quite those numbers now, but let's enjoy ourselves in a smaller group with more space.
Starting this month, the regular event returns on the last Friday of each month! Please book early :)

After DJ Satoshi Miya's music and Kundalini Awakening Yoga, enjoy delicious food and time together on Brighton's rooftop. This event began with the idea that, once in a while, it is lovely to eat and chat with the new friends you meet in class.
