Take Action — Charity Yoga Supporting the 2026 Kumamoto Earthquake Relief Effort
門永友香 × YOGA FOR EVERY BODY
A month has passed since the Kumamoto earthquake. Many people are still working hard to regain their everyday lives, including those living in evacuation shelters, and many organizations and individuals continue to support them.
Let's keep doing what we can. Take action: we are holding another charity class in October.
Each person's small action can become a source of encouragement for someone else.
This time we welcome yoga instructor Yu, representative of sha cocoro studio in Kumamoto. Through a conversation about Kumamoto today, her experience immediately after the earthquake, and yoga, we will return to the here and now. The talk and yoga class will be held both online and in the studio.
The charity class is free to attend. Please support Kumamoto earthquake relief with a donation: ¥1,000 per unit, with any number of units welcome.
This is a hybrid online and in-person event.
Our venue is the SCHMATZ Nakameguro community space, one minute on foot from Nakameguro Station, which also hosts Cheers together. Thank you, SCHMATZ!
We would be grateful for your support in whichever way suits you. We look forward to welcoming you!
