ロコクリニックのコンセプト：

ハワイの言葉で『地元、地元の人』（＝Local）の意味を表します。地域の皆さまの事を第一に考え、しっかり耳を傾け、力になれる、そんなクリニックを目指して名付けました。

地域に根差した素敵な、クリニックです。YOGA FOR EVERY BODYの目指す 年齢性別にかかわらず楽しめる、-ヨガはみんなのためのもの- として、強く共感できるプロジェクトです。

Regular YOGA FOR EVERY BODY Classes at a Community Clinic in Nakameguro!

We are holding classes at a clinic in Nakameguro! We hope to share a wonderful time with the local community. Our very own Maiko Kurata leads the first session.

LOCO CLINIC'S CONCEPT

“Loco” is Hawaiian for “local” or “local people.” The clinic was named with the aim of putting the community first, listening carefully and being a source of support.

This wonderful community-based clinic shares our YOGA FOR EVERY BODY vision: yoga is for everyone, to enjoy regardless of age or gender.

We are starting our fifth year in a new home surrounded by beautiful cherry blossoms. For the past two years, our contact with the community has been filtered through COVID, so this year we want to focus on connection and explore something a little different.

For our first community event, we are teaming up with Maiko Kurata, with whom we have worked at events before. She has an energy that makes the people around her happy, so if you are feeling worn out by COVID, please join us!

Children, parents with children, older adults and beginners are very welcome. Chair yoga is also available.

The Meguro River cherry blossoms make this Nakameguro's liveliest week of the year. Residents may find it tiring, but personally I enjoy the energy. At the moment, however, infections among the people we see are increasing.

How to enjoy ourselves properly while taking care to prevent infection — that is a challenge for 2022.
